The following message from the LTA reads:

“Following the further easing of restrictions in England from 1 June announced by the Prime Minister on Thursday evening (28 May) and the publication of detailed Government guidance on Sunday (31 May), the Government has confirmed what these measures mean in relation to tennis. Players from different households can now play doubles together as long as they stay two metres apart as far as possible, and small group coaching for up to six people (including coaches) can resume.”

As such we are glad to announce that doubles play can now begin again as long as social distancing measure are adhered to. We will not be starting the adult or junior coaching just yet but we will be reviewing it on a weekly basis. Coaches are available for individual lessons.

For the time being, we will not be offering social tennis or group training nights so it stays as, courts available to all adult members (no off peak members evenings or weekends). To be regularly reviewed. The club house remains out of bounds except to access the floodlight switches.

And another reminder – if there are players waiting to go on court please limit your playing time to 1 ½ hours and no reserving courts until all players are present.
Coaches have court priority.
